At VENERGY GROUP, all of our employees have completed and been certified with OSHA 30 Hour Construction​ Course and Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate. Venergy Group adheres to all safety regulations and assigns a Safety Manager on all jobs that reports to our Safety Director/Project Manager. The Safety and Project Manager perform a pre‐construction assessment of evident safety hazards present on jobsite, coupled with any job specific safety information, details of the scope of work being done, ensures all Venergy procedures and safety standards are followed daily. Visits to the project ensure employee and subcontractor safety, job site security, and addresses all concerns regarding procedures and safety daily. Safety meetings are conducted regularly per company guidelines, and our field staff is required to wear Personal Protective Equipment on all construction projects, regardless if they are required by the Client or Owner. This aids Venergy in providing the safest job possible for our clientele.
