He successfully received 3 contract awards and oversaw the constructions of $10 M of contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs under GSA Schedule Contracts procurement with stellar On-time, Safety and Quality record. Rudy brings practical experience with Federal contracting vehicles such as GSA MAS Schedule Contracts and Small Business set-aside. PPAs, ESPC, UESC, EUL & Leasing Financing with Developers, including financial modeling with federal & state tax incentives and SRECs.
Rudy is a certified by NABCEP for Solar PV. He has extensive experience as Division Manager and Federal Business Development managing the proposal efforts for 28 Veteran Affairs Solar PV projects offered by the Office of Program Contracting Activity Central during the fiscal years of 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Additionally, Rudy truly understands the North American Solar market as a result of hands-on experience overseeing over 300+ MWs in sales efforts, marketing, estimating & bidding, strategic partnerships and teaming agreements, contracts, financial & cost modeling, proposal preparation management and RFP responses. He also provides strong relationships with financing capital sources, tier-1 suppliers and EPCs.
Mr. Magasrevy is the lead Project Manager for Venergy Group and has over 25 years of professional experience. His primary responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the company’s design, engineering, procurement, construction and O&M of Renewable Energy projects
