Jersey Mike's corporate restaurant

Started in 1956, Jersey Mike’s now has 1,300 restaurants open and under development nationwide.  In just three years, the company has nearly doubled in size.  Venergy Group will provide labor and materials under the scope of work for a new location in Boynton Beach, FL.

Scope of Work:

  1. Furnish all permits and inspections
  2. Furnish and install one 6-ton carrier package unit and one 3-ton carrier split system condenser in addition to Airhandler.
  3. Furnish and install all supply and return ductwork per plans
  4. Furnish and install all supply return and return grilles per plans
  5. Modify existing ductwork on 2 existing 3.5-ton air handling units
  6. Furnish and install bathroom exhaust fans per plans
  7. Furnish and install thermostats per plans
  8. Install owner provided kitchen hood and heat hood exhaust and make up air fans per plans
  9. Furnish test and balance reports per plans
  10. Furnish and install duct detectors with remote key stations per plans
  11. Furnish and install low voltage wiring for control and universal shut down per code
  12. Furnish and install numbering for RTU per plans
  13. Furnish and install condensate drains and refrigerant line sets
  14. Insulate refrigerant and condensate lines

Everglades National Park

Venergy was selected to take on the task of running 700' of underground electrical utilities from a service transformer to a newly built camp site shower house. Three 700 mcm alumium conductors and a 3/0 copper ground conductor where ran through 4" PVC schedule 40 conduit, and connected with insulated multitap connectors, with 3M detectable buried tape. A new 400 amp service panel was installed replacing the previous aged 200 amp service disconnect.
