New York native, Josh White joined the United States Army as an Infantryman following his graduation from Ohio University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Industry in 2004. Josh went on to earn the coveted Green Beret in 2006 after completing the Special Forces Qualification Course and would serve for the next seven years as a member of the United States Army 7th Special Forces Group as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant. Josh was able to acquire many unique qualifications throughout his career in Special Operations, completing the U.S.
COL Mendez retired from the United States Army. A Puerto Rican native that recently retired from a Contracting Officer position from Fort Buchanan continues to help his local economy prosper by helping Venergy grow its operations in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. It is an honor to have Edwin part of the Venergy Team.

Edel has extensive construction experience, both commercial and residential. He has managed over 100 construction projects varying in size and scope. He most recently managed and completed a Roofing/Mechanical project at NOAA in Miami with a value of $1.2 million. All of his past projects directly relate to this project through identical trades (electrical, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and managing multiple subcontractors. Performed over 1,000 wind hazard mitigation inspections and roofing inspections. Previously he was Territory manager for ABC roofing supply.
Gisela De Jesús
Gisela De Jesús is a Principle Partner for Venergy Group in Puerto Rico. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and brings over 20 years of experience to the team. She is a seasoned entrepreneur having owned, managed and successfully sold three companies and in addition to her small business background, she has held multiple titles in the private sector performing duties at Mid-Level and Senior-Level management. Kristina E. Wilson
Kristina focuses her practice on General Counsel Services, Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Estate Planning/Probate. Specifically, Kristina represents Venergy Group in residential and commercial acquisitions, pre-construction and development, due diligence, closings, leasing, and assists Venergy with a variety of legal issues that may arise. She assists Venergy with corporate formation, drafts and negotiates an array of contracts, and offers a problem solving approach to provide white glove service to Venergy.
